It became a rather difficult procedure, but Dr. Ciprano's expertise and years of experience were a gift....absolutely no pain and his tech Callie and he were great! Relaxed and friendly the visit was wonderful! I found out he goes to a Signal Butte office which is closer to where I live - I will be going to him for any future root canals!

Before even sitting down in the chair I started to have a reaction coming from past trauma in hospital settings (shaking/crying), and not for a second did they make me feel like I was being overdramatic or embarrassing, it was the most comforting experience to be with people who truly cared and understood. When it came down to the cleaning, Oscar was so gentle physically, while FREQUENTLY checking in on me verbally to make sure I was doing ok. Dare I say I’m excited to go back?
